Honoring Our Scout Heroes

Today, we honor the memory of the 24 Filipino Boy Scouts and Scoutmasters who made the ultimate sacrifice on their journey to the 11th World Scout Jamboree in 1963.

Their courage, dedication, and love for country continue to inspire generations of Filipinos. As we remember their legacy, we also celebrate the values they stood for—service, leadership, friendship, and patriotism.

Did you know? The nearby Scout Area in Quezon City, including many of the streets surrounding Il Terrazzo, was named in honor of these young heroes, making our neighborhood a lasting tribute to their memory.

Today, let us remember their story with pride and gratitude.
