n, PersonaPower launched its youth advocacy training campaign called the "POWER UP JUAN!” Project. It reaches out to the country's population, particularly the youth sector, giving them FREE training programs as beneficiaries of the group's paying corporate clients. Ultimately, PersonaPower is committed to make a significant difference in the lives of those searching for proven principles to achieve personal, professional, and business success as it helps in building a better Philippine society. PERSONAPOWER implements its so-called Practical Application Learning (PAL) Technique, an effective learning approach focusing more on applicable development principles and proven practical strategies that can be immediately utilized in the real world. Most of the learning inputs are basically those that are not read in books and taught in the formal university environment, but instead, those that have been actually used, tested and perfected for years through real-life experiences by successful people worldwide including the Founder himself. Sessions are usually set up on a per group basis at the center and/or upon special arrangement, at the client’s pre-identified venue. Private sessions offer a more intensive individual assistance as learning is done on a personalized and focused coaching and/or mentoring approach (one-on-one). In-house training workshops are conducted at the corporate client’s base or at any venue of their chose. Public seminars are held in special venues like hotels and convention or training centers.
