Campaign Overview: Health Insurance Campaign (ACA)
Type: Blind Transfer
Module: CPA
1. Campaign Objective
The ACA Health Insurance Campaign is designed to generate qualified blind transfers to licensed health insurance agents. The focus is to pre-qualify consumers for Affordable Care Act (ACA) Health Insurance Plans, ensuring they meet eligibility requirements before being transferred.
2. Coverage Area (GOOD States)
AL, AZ, FL, IN, KS, LA, MS, MT, NC, NE, OK, SC, TX, UT, WI, IA, IL, IN, MI, MO, NE, OH, PA, TN, VA, GA
3. Hours of Operation (HOO)
Monday β Friday: 9:30 AM β 7:00 PM EST
Saturday: 10:30 AM β 3:30 PM EST
4. Eligibility Criteria (from Script)
Age: Must be between 18β64 years old
Income: Annual income below $40,000
Coverage: No current Medicare, Medicaid, VA, employer, or marketplace coverage
Marketplace Status: Not enrolled in a marketplace plan in the last 60 days
Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen
5. Call & Transfer Process
Introduce ACA health plan benefits and pre-qualify the consumer
Ask required pre-qualification questions (citizenship, DOB, income, etc.)
Deliver disclaimers and consent statement
Perform a blind transfer to the enrollment line
6. Payment Structure
$35 per Qualified Transfer
Model: CPA (Cost Per Acquisition β blind transfer)
Cut-Off: Weekly (Fridays)
Payment Terms: Net-14 (payment released within 14 days after cut-off)
7. Compliance & Quality Standards
All calls must comply with TCPA and DNC regulations
The customer must clearly consent to be transferred to a licensed agent
No misleading, false, or incentivized offers allowed (ZTP)
Agents must use clear and professional English communication using the script provided.
IF ANY FRAUDULENT PRACTICES ARE DETECTED, ALL PAYOUTS WILL BE FORFEITED AND TERMINATION OF CONTRACT.
