ation, the main company behind Josiah's Catering. She started the catering business in 1990 as a small backyard operation, catering only for friends and family. The business continuously grew and, currently, is one of the biggest catering companies in Manila. Jet's Bistro is a tribute by one family to their hardworking and talented mom, using the best sellers started by her, with everything updated with a modern twist. And in through this, the restaurant hopes that diners will appreciate through the food all the talent and hard work that helped and blessed a lot of families through the business she started.
