E-Commerce Specialist/Shopee & Lazada Shop Operator
Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Shopee Lazada shop operations. The main work includes editing product information, uploading products, removing products from shelves, and increasing sales and shop level.

2. Maintain the shop’s positive rating and ensure the stability and security of the shop account, and follow platform policies

3. Prepare detailed sales reports, and conduct sales analysis

4. Responsible for collecting and analyzing market information and the status of competitors, analyzing product keywords, and formulating corresponding marketing plans;

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply)

2. Good English skills

3. Good computer skills

4. Good logical thinking, willing to learn, good sense of teamwork, patience, sincerity, strong sense of responsibility and proactive work attitude

5. Have strong interest in e-commerce

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,770.00 - Php36,000.00 per month

The Finance/Bookkeeping Staff will play a crucial role in managing the financial operation of the company. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, tax auditing process, reimbursement process, and e-commerce business models.

Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements
Manage cash flow and budgeting
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance
Implement and maintain internal controls

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in finance/bookkeeping, preferably in the e-commerce industry
must have knowledge in taxation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Requirements:

-Senior High school diploma or above. (Must have knowledge in hardware products and repacking product)

-Skilled in handling fragile or delicate items. Ability to lift and move heavy objects repeatedly (up to 50 lbs or more).

-Has great attention to detail. Able to accurately follow instructions and ensure product integrity.

-Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

-Punctuality and consistent attendance are crucial.

-Knowledge of and commitment to workplace safety regulations.

-Has good moral and positive work attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

Repacking Operations: Repackage products according to specified requirements, ensuring items are correctly sorted, labeled, and packed.

Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage or defects before repacking, and report any issues to supervisors.

Inventory Management: Keep accurate records of repacked items and maintain inventory levels.

Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet daily quotas and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Equipment Use: Operate packaging equipment such as tape dispensers, shrink wrap machines, and pallet jacks safely and effectively.

Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, following hygiene and sanitation guidelines.

Communication: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues promptly.
