Brave when discouraged

There is something truly remarkable about a person whose faith is consistent. I have been in conversation with someone who is smiling and full of joy and shocked to find out mid-conversation the trials she’s had in her life lately. Her smile and joy aren’t for masking her discouragement, but evidence of the God who is bringing her through it. Her faith in God is consistent despite her discouragement.

The Bible says there will be troubles (2 Corinthians 4:8-9), we will be perplexed, and even knocked down. But God is always with us, protecting us from being crushed, driven to despair, and destroyed. We can stay strong in the face of trials because of the promise that God will never abandon us. With God on our side, we can withstand and persevere in all circumstances, and we will grow in faith, trust, and endurance. We are called to be brave when we’re discouraged and display a consistent faith because our God is consistently faithful.

Lord God thank You for promising to never abandon me. Thank You, Lord God, for saving me from being crushed and destroyed. Lord, I want to be like Paul and Silas, praising You even in a prison cell. Father God, You are faithful and when I am discouraged, I will be brave to have consistent faith in You. In Jesus Mighty Name..Amen.

Social media isn’t a reliable basis of one’s real situation.

Some could be smiling in their posts even when they are struggling. While some allowed struggles take away their smile. You are not the only person who are in deep troubles— others just manage to be good in dealing with life’s pressures. You can be eating s**t today, you can be crying in pain— they will pass and your better days are ahead if you will only not give up.

Sharpen the saw!

Continuous personal improvement and renewal professionally! As the business landscape, technology and market change, so must entrepreneurs adjust. If you are in business, you can’t complain why things are not going your way, you must find your rough edges and smoothen them so you can make the way and not expect, “sana” the way.

Sana or expecting is not a business strategy. Sana ganto, sana ganyan... but we can always improve, eto dapat ko gawin, ganito dapat pala, so we can be ahead of our game para buti na lang eto ginawa ko kaya ganyan ang naging resulta...

If hoping and wanting can make dreams happen, we would be living in a dreamland.

Adjusting to the mindset that actions and strategies must always be improved accordingly is the game! Constant is the loser, adaptive is the winner. Constantly Adaptive is the champion.

Whose words do you follow? The negative ones? The haters’? Those people with interest different from yoursi? The convenient advice?

Hey guys, if you and the one giving the advice are not on the same boat and interest—- regardless if the advice is coming from your parent, friend, relative, upline or business partner—- be sure to discern because you will be the one to enjoy or suffer the consequences of following the advice.

And another hey, not because the advice will lead you to easy, convenience or the status quo, does not mean it is going to be greater for you.

You can’t build muscles without the heavy lifting and pain. If the future you want is better than today, take words wisely but more importantly— take actions even if it is inconvenient. You are no baby, you are an entrepreneur and inconvenience is your surname!

... will lift you up, believe in you, good for your well being, who will inspire you, respect you, treat you good...

This is the expectation.

VS

The reality that is entirely different.

You will be surrounded by negative people, by haters, by doubters. You will not be respected, you will not be treated well. You will not be inspired by others and you will not be afforded ENTITLEMENT! Because you do not live alone and being with other people will never get you or anybody an absolute approval.

So what! Take charge of your life still. The outside force, good or bad, shall not alter your strength from within.

"When we die, our money remains in the bank... Yet, when we are alive, we don't have enough money to spend. In reality, when we are gone, there is still a lot of money not spent.

A business tycoon in China passed away. His widow, left with $1.9 billion in the bank, married his chauffeur. His chauffeur said:- "All the while, I thought I was working for my boss... it is only now, that I realize that my boss was all the time, working for me !!!"

The cruel reality is: It is more important to live longer than to have more wealth. So, we must strive to have a strong and healthy body, It really doesn't matter who is working for who.
In a high end hand phone, 70% of the functions are useless!
For an expensive car, 70% of the speed and gadgets are not needed.
If you own a luxurious villa or mansion, 70% of the space is usually not used or occupied.
How about your wardrobes of clothes?
70% of them are not worn!
A whole life of work and earning... 70% is for other people to spend.
So, we must protect and make full use of our 30%.

👉Go for medical check-ups even if not sick.
👉Drink more water, even if not thirsty.
👉Learn to let go, even if faced with grave problems.
👉Endeavor to give in, even if you are in the right.
👉Remain humble, even if you are very rich and powerful.
👉learn to be contented, even if you are not rich.
👉Exercise your mind and body, even if you are very busy.
👉Make time for people you care about.
