MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (CHAT SUPPORT – WAVE 2)

EDUCATION:

• ⁠2nd Year College Undergraduate
• ⁠Associate Degree / Vocational / SHS Graduate
• ⁠College Graduate

EXPERIENCE:

• ⁠At least 2 YEARS HEALTHCARE ACCOUNT EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED)
• ⁠At least 2 YEARS BPO EXPERIENCE handling an international account
• ⁠1 YEAR CHAT SUPPORT EXPERIENCE
