Sapul...
Akala nila kapag may negosyo ka,
mayaman ka na agad.
Ang hindi nila nakikita,
mas marami ring bayarin.
Nabasa ko lang ito
sa isang comment.
At sa totoo lang,
maraming business owners
ang mapapangiti na lang.
Sa labas, ang nakikita ng tao
ay yung benta.
Yung bagong branch.
Yung mga customers.
Pero bihira nilang makita
kung ano ang nangyayari
pagkatapos magsara ang negosyo.
May renta.
May sweldo.
May inventory.
May permits
na kailangang i-renew.
May registrations
na kailangang asikasuhin.
May taxes
na kailangang paghandaan.
May mga unexpected expenses
na hindi mo naman pwedeng iwasan.
Kaya minsan,
maganda ang sales.
Pero hindi ibig sabihin
malaki na agad ang naiiwang profit.
Ito yung reality
na hindi madalas napag-uusapan.
Owning a business
doesn't just mean earning money.
