6. Ensure all errors captured in the review are corrected and preventive actions are developed, cascaded, and implemented to avoid their recurrence.
7. Capture review errors highlighted by Tax Advisors and ensure that the QA checklists are updated, SOPs are amended (if needed) and/or Analysts trained accordingly.
8. Address quality related escalations and manage relationships with and expectations of Group Tax, GSC internal finance teams and 3rd party Advisors/Auditors and Tax Authorities as appropriate.
