This temporary relocation is due to a power interruption caused by a lightning strike that affected the PVAO Main Office.

For the convenience of our clients, shuttle services from Gate 1 of Camp Aguinaldo to the Veterans Center will be provided. Clients may also continue to avail of PVAO's online services through the following official communication channels:

📢 Mahalagang Paalala sa mga PVAO Pensioners:

Upang tuloy-tuloy ang pagtanggap ng inyong pensyon, sundin ang mga sumusunod:

✅ 70 years old and above (every 6 months ang validation)

✅ 69 years old and below (once a year validation)

⚠️ Huwag kalimutan mag pa validate/ update para hindi maputol ang inyong pensyon.

✅ Surviving Spouse Pensioners:
Hindi na kailangang magsumite ng Notarized Affidavit o Notarized Pensioner's Update Form (PUF) para sa validation.

𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬: Dear Valued Pensioners,

To help ensure the continuous release of your pension, please take note of the following updates to the PVAO Validation Program:

𝟭. 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲

Pensioners who are 𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘆 (𝟳𝟬) 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝘄𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿. The first validation shall be conducted during the pensioner's birth month, while the second validation shall be conducted six (6) months after the birth month. A one (1) month advance grace period is allowed before the due date of the second validation.

Example: If your birth month is March, your first validation is in March, and your second validation is in September.

Meanwhile, pensioners who are 𝘀𝗶𝘅𝘁𝘆-𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗲 (𝟲𝟵) 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗼 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿, which must be completed during their birth month.

Please complete your validation within the prescribed schedule applicable to your age group. Failure to undergo validation on time may result in the temporary blocking of your pension account, which may cause delays in the release of your pension benefits.

𝐓𝐎 𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐔𝐄𝐃 𝐕𝐄𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐂𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026 issued by the Office of the President, and in line with Executive Order No. 09-2026 on fuel conservation measures, the Philippine Veterans Affairs Office (PVAO) Main Office will implement a four-day onsite workweek, except for its frontline services.

The One Stop Shop at the PVAO Main Office will continue to accommodate clients from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring uninterrupted access to essential frontline services.

Meanwhile, other offices at the PVAO Main Office will adopt the four-day onsite work arrangement. On Fridays, these offices will continue to provide assistance through online transactions and other communication channels.

AFPSLAI: Monday | March 9, 2026
AMWSLAI: Tuesday | March 10, 2026
CWSLAI: Thursday | March 12, 2026
MAYBANK: Friday | March 13, 2026
AUB, DBP, LBP, PVB: Monday | March 16, 2026

However, pensioners with blocked pension accounts due to non-updating of living status and other reasons may view their account balances, but no pension credit will be posted until their pension status has been updated and cleared.
