We’re looking for customer service representatives!

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree graduate; coursework in a STEM-related field is preferred, with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in customer service
- College Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Education with over six months of customer service experience.
- Familiarity with STEM tools, apps, or platforms (e.g., Scratch, Arduino, LEGO Robotics, Python, etc.) is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Experience with helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is an advantage
- Amenable to work at OCC, Ortigas, Pasig City

We’re looking for SAP PP!

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field, or equivalent work experience
- Expert in SAP PP with 5+ years of experience in both implementation and support (ECC & S4 HANA)
- At least 2 PP Full-cycle implementations as the functional lead
- Works independently with minimal supervision and is able to mentor Junior team members.
- Experience with SAP FIORI is strongly preferred.
- Equipped with strong communication skills (written & verbal) to handle meetings and correspondences with cross-functional audience.
- Expert in the end-to-end business process of plan to produce.
- Strong knowledge in SAP Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Advanced Planning, Capacity Planning, EWM Production Integration, and (predictive) MRP.
- Ability to demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. FI, MM, SD, QM, PM, WM/EWM)
