1. Think for the Company
Cost controlling is the basic of any company's plan for rapid development simply because by failing to do so, the company can be lead into a crisis. In face of the world economic downturn and rising cost of raw materials, all companies must put in even more effort in ensuring that company's resources are properly managed.
A. Reducing raw material cost by integrating various forms of resources while establishing efficient supply chains. Constantly search for alternatives and reducing the price of raw material. Establishing long term partnership with the lowest supply price. Ensuring minimal errors due to unprofessionalism attitudes and methods.
B. Training senior management on cost controls, promoting innovation and working on improvising systems.
C. Controlling labor cost, keeping records of employees' performance, and improving employees' abilities via training.
2. Think for our customers.Customer servicing plays a major role in retaining good relationships between company and customer, especially when the market are so competitive at times like today. Great customer servicing always give company the better edge against the other competitors.
A. To treat all customers equal and fairly irregardless of person,background, attitude or request, helping them solve their needs at the fastest possibility and sensible way is the key to getting our customers satisfied

3. Think of recruiting the best
The rapid development of an enterprise mainly depends on excellent organizational ability and professional management ability of the management team. We must choose the best through training internally or recruiting externally.
