Join the Art and Science of Paper Conservation Workshop!
Sanfo 101, in collaboration with the QC Tourism Department, welcomes heritage workers, students, artists, collectors, and anyone eager to learn to an intensive, hands‑on introduction to paper conservation. This workshop blends scientific principles with practical, guided exercises to equip participants with the skills needed to assess, handle, clean, and preserve paper‑based materials.
Across 10 structured sessions—conducted as two sessions per day over five days—participants will explore essential conservation methods, work with specialized tools and materials, and build confidence through supervised practice. Whether you are beginning your conservation journey, strengthening your professional capabilities, or deepening your appreciation for cultural heritage, this program offers a solid and accessible foundation.
