We are looking for an experienced Business Development Officer to help build and manage a strong pipeline of consulting opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who excels in consultative selling, opportunity qualification, and proposal coordination, while maintaining disciplined CRM and sales processes.
โจ What Youโll Do
โข Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups
โข Conduct discovery and needs assessment calls to understand client goals and requirements
โข Qualify and prioritize opportunities based on fit, probability, and effort-to-win
โข Coordinate with internal technical teams to translate client needs into strong proposal strategies
โข Support preparation of commercial proposals including fees, scope, and timelines
โข Maintain organized opportunity data in CRM systems and ensure smooth project handovers
โข Represent the organization professionally in meetings, site visits, and industry events when needed
