AVOID ILLEGAL ADVISE, para sa mga nagsasabing hintayin muna ang Implementing Rules and Regulations bago mag-apply ng amnesty, WALANG ALAM SA TAX AMNESTY yun! Basahin natin ang batas: Section 27, par. 2 of Republic Act No. 11213 states "The failure of Secretary of Finance to promulgate the said rules and regulations shall not prevent the implementation of this Act upon its effectivity. It became effective March 5, 2019, so pwede na po kayong mag-apply 👍

Malamang hindi nagtax accounting kaya may tax deficiency. They should have availed the Tax Amnesty to immune the company from start of operation until December 31, 2017, almost ganun din naman yung babayaran nila.
