Works with CEO & President to create and execute the overall business strategy for sales and marketing.

Creates and manages websites, brochures, flyers or other printed materials used in promotions.
Communicates job expectations by planning, monitor and reviewing job contribution.

Job Requirements:

Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing Manager.
A bachelor's degrees in engineering.
A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
Strong time management, analytical, organizational abilities and creative thinking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
Must possess presentation skills.
Superb leadership, communication and collaboration abilities.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
Knowledge in the electrical industry is an advantage.
Knows how to drive.

Job Responsibilities:

Implement the company's products in the Philippines
Submit weekly and monthly reports with sales projection updates.
Plan and execute campaigns for promotional events, activities, presentations, and organize efficiency.
Administer the company Sales and Marketing functions by evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by understanding their needs and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Ensuring that the sales and marketing team meet their goals required in sales quota.
