The Great Leaders Mantra: On-line Workshop Series 01 - Organization Coaching
(27 & 28 August 2020, 8:30am to 12:30pm)
The difference between a good and a great leader lies in the ability to develop the human capital within the organization. It is easier to be skilled and accomplished in what we do but way harder to drive the people around us to achieve the best version of themselves and inspire them to unleash their greatest potential. COACHING is a powerful developmental intervention that enable talents to enhance performance, which will enable leaders to unlock their team’s potential and achieve optimal roductivity. Likewise, there is a need for the coach to continuously strengthen one’s inner being as the success of the intervention depends on the interior condition of the intervenor.
This online workshop will harness leaders’ competencies on personal mastery, social intelligence, active listening and coaching leading to enhanced employees’ productivity, high team morale, and generate future leaders for the organization. By attending the online session, the participants will be able to define coaching, and gain know how in various coaching techniques tailored fit to their talent’s motivation. The session will be packed with interactive sessions focused on practice coaching.

(24 & 25 September, 8:30am to 12:30pm)
In the age of data analytics, obtaining information and data sets are accessible and can be useful tools in improving business strategies and help leaders in decision making. But the size of data can also be overwhelming and with minimal understanding of the right methods and tools, can result to misleading presentation and eventually, futile strategies.
Introduction to Big Data program focus on the basics of data analytics and the fundamentals of data and results presentation. By attending the program, the leaders will be able to describe and apply methods for analyzing and using statistical data; apply methods in analyzing, transfer applicable data into appropriate visual presentation; and optimize use of data to aid leaders in making sound decisions.
The on-line workshop will deploy business cases and leaders will be given opportunity to collaborate with other leaders with the resolution of the business cases. The workshop will be facilitated by a Sr. Global Business Intelligence leader with robust experience in data and work force analytics.
The Great Leaders Mantra: On-line Workshop Series 03 - 3Ws to Get Things Done – Work Organization (28 Oct 2020, 8:30am to12:30pm)
Do you want to get more done in less time? No matter where you are, what you do or who you are, we are all face with challenge of having so much to do and so little time! There has to be a better way – USE 3Ws!
The 3Ws to Get Things Done will focus on – WHY leaders need to be extra-organize during the structural break; the WAY to which we organize work and unleash productivity despite the crisis; and the WINS by applying the work organization approach. The course will discuss – the core foundations on how to prioritize and do more in less time; how to set a plan and execute; how to prioritize and focus on the leaders most important tasks while eliminating non-essential distractions; the available tools and methodologies to organize an extraordinary day and unleash productivity during the structural break.
The workshop will implement breakout sessions to allow leaders to apply all insights shared by the facilitator. The program will be facilitated by Rose C. Pangan, a Certified Six Sigma Master Blackbelt, Certified Lean Six Sigma Trainer and a Quality Management Guru and Coach. A seasoned business leader, Rose is well-known for bringing and institutionalizing continuous improvement culture in organization she led, and can accelerate organization’s operational performance year on year, despite adversities.
