To honor the partnership between the company and its host and neighboring communities, 𝐅𝐂𝐅 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 establishes the 𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬. The walls is a meaningful way to document the 𝑺𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎 (𝑺𝑫𝑴𝑷) history thus creating a transparent, permanent monument of shared growth.

Further, as part of the SDMP transition, the Legacy Walls established in beneficiary barangays serve as permanent community references. These walls provide a 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑠𝑜𝑙𝑖𝑑𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑑 𝑟𝑒𝑐𝑜𝑟𝑑 𝑜𝑓 𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝑖𝑚𝑝𝑙𝑒𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑒𝑑 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑔𝑟𝑎𝑚𝑠, 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑗𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑠, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑎𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑣𝑖𝑡𝑖𝑒𝑠, 𝑑𝑒𝑡𝑎𝑖𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑡𝑖𝑚𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑒𝑠 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑓𝑖𝑛𝑎𝑛𝑐𝑖𝑎𝑙 𝑖𝑛𝑣𝑒𝑠𝑡𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑠. Additionally, it highlight the collaborative contributions of the Company, municipalities, local barangays, partner agencies, and community stakeholders.

𝐓𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐲-𝐟𝐢𝐯𝐞 (𝟐𝟓) MEPEO personnel participated in a training on 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝑷𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 (𝑰𝑷𝑴) 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒃𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑫𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑨𝒈𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 – 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑪𝒓𝒐𝒑 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑪𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓 (𝑫𝑨-𝑹𝑪𝑷𝑪), with the support and assistance of the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) of Quezon, held at the DA-Nueva Vizcaya Experiment Station, Bagabag on September 28, 2026.

The participants were provided with practical knowledge on the identification, prevention, and management of pests and diseases affecting crops particularly cacao, rambutan, guyabano, and coffee.

Through the training, MEPEO personnel gained valuable insights into sustainable pest management, including the importance of early identification and effective control measures in maintaining healthy, productive crops.

The activity forms part of MEPEO’s continuing efforts to strengthen the technical knowledge and capabilities of its personnel in support of its environmental rehabilitation and community-based greening initiatives.

FCF Minerals Corporation, through the MEPEO, extends its appreciation to the DA-RCPC and the Municipal Agriculture Office for sharing their expertise and supporting the capacity-building of MEPEO personnel.

FCF Minerals Corporation proudly congratulate the successful certification of 18 employees who passed the Scaffolding Works (Supported Type) NC II Assessment. The evaluation was conducted on-site at the FCF Minerals facility from September 19 to 20, 2026.

The successful candidates represent a vital cross-section of the company’s technical operations, including personnel from the Mining-RSI Section, Process Plant Operations, and the Infrastructure Department.

In line with its steadfast commitment to occupational health and safety, FCF Minerals Corporation commenced its Annual Physical Examination (APE) for all employees for this year. The four-day health initiative is currently underway at the RGP Site in Runruno, Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya, running from September 21 to 24, 2026.

The APE is a vital component of the company's comprehensive workplace wellness program. Conducted annually, this series of routine medical evaluations is designed to safeguard the long-term health of the FCF workforce through proactive care.

By identifying potential health indicators at an early stage, the program enables timely medical intervention and effective prevention strategies. This preventative approach ensures that employee health remains a top priority, reinforcing a resilient and safety-first corporate culture.

𝑇𝑜𝑔𝑒𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝐶ℎ𝑎𝑛𝑔𝑒” and “𝐸𝑛𝑣𝑖𝑟𝑜𝑛𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑎𝑙 𝐻𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑡ℎ: 𝑆𝑡𝑎𝑛𝑑𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑤𝑖𝑡ℎ 𝑆𝑐𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒 𝑡𝑜 𝑃𝑟𝑜𝑡𝑒𝑐𝑡 𝐶𝑜𝑚𝑚𝑢𝑛𝑖𝑡𝑖𝑒𝑠” on September 19, 2026. The initiative aimed to drive environmental awareness and public health through collective action—specifically through the cleanup and maintenance of vital waterways, drainage systems, and surrounding areas. It also sought to deepen employee and contractor understanding of the critical link between a clean environment, a healthy workplace, and a thriving community.

A total of 123 employees and contractors united to clean the Sulong River easement and its vicinity. The team successfully collected and segregated a total of 318.02 kg of waste, consisting of 155.00 kg of recyclables and 163.02 kg of residual waste.

Complementing the physical cleanup, Company Physician Dr. Benedict Salandanan led an Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) session on environmental health. His discussion highlighted the vital role of proper waste management, sanitation, and disease prevention in fostering a healthier workplace and community.

By addressing both environmental preservation and public health, the activity successfully heightened awareness of waterway protection and sanitation. The event further reinforced FCF Minerals Corporation's steadfast commitment to promoting a clean, safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace and community.

Demonstrating a steadfast commitment to environmental stewardship and responsible mining, FCF Minerals Corporation—through its Mine Environmental Protection and Enhancement Office (MEPEO)—successfully held a two-day bamboo-planting event on September 17 and 18, 2026, in celebration of Philippine Bamboo Month and World Bamboo Day.

Centered on the theme 𝑲𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒚𝒂𝒏 𝒔𝒂 𝑴𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒉𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑬𝒌𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒎𝒊𝒚𝒂: 𝑴𝒖𝒍𝒂 𝒔𝒂 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒔𝒚𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒖𝒏𝒈𝒐 𝒔𝒂 𝒊𝒏𝒐𝒃𝒂𝒔𝒚𝒐𝒏” the event kicked off on September 17 within the company's designated rehabilitation zones. This first-day session was actively participated in by FCF Minerals Corporation employees from different departments together with General Manager for Operations, Lorne Harvey. More than just a standard Bambooo-planting activity, this segment was strategically conducted to contribute directly to the ecological restoration and enhancement of disturbed and degraded areas, increasing vegetation cover and promoting soil and water conservation.

Building on this momentum, the September 18 activity was conducted directly within the host barangay- Runruno, successfully strengthening the company's partnership with the community by implementing shared environmental programs. This community-centric phase also highlighted and promoted the sustainable use and development of bamboo as a vital, environmentally beneficial resource.

As the successful event concluded, with a total of 350 bamboo culms planted with a different species of bamboos such as Giant Bamboo, Yellow Bamboo, Bamboo Kiling, Iron Bamboo, Takara Bamboo, and Bayog, FCF Minerals reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to environmental leadership, proving that through collaborative action, sustainable practices, and shared community stewardship, the company and its stakeholders can successfully build a greener, more resilient, and sustainable future beyond borders.
