Pati kung kanino mo ito binubuo.

May founders na pinipili ang structure dahil mas mura ngayon.

After a year...
Kailangan palang magpalit.

Mas maraming papeles.
Mas maraming gastos.
Mas maraming oras.

Hindi ibig sabihin na pinakamura ang tama na agad.

Mas mahalagang tanong ay:
Tama ba ito para sa future ng business ko?

Hindi porke nag-register ka ng Corporation o OPC, automatic na mas mababa na ang tax mo. ❌

Marami ang nagtatanong sa akin:

"Kathy, ano bang structure ang pinakamababang tax?"

Ang totoo?

Walang structure na magic solution.

Ang tax mo ay nakadepende rin sa:
• income mo
• expenses mo
• tax registration
• industry
• at kung paano tumatakbo ang business mo.

Kaya hindi dapat ang unang tanong ay:
"Saan ako mas mababa ang tax?"

Mas magandang tanungin:
"Anong structure ang pinakaangkop sa business na gusto kong buuin?"

Because the goal isn't to pay the least tax.

The goal is to build the right business.

Ganun din sa business registration.

One of the biggest mistakes aspiring founders make is choosing a business structure before deciding what kind of business they actually want to build.

Hindi mo masasagot kung Sole Proprietorship, OPC, o Corporation ang tama kung hindi mo pa alam ang direction ng negosyo mo.

Kaya kapag may nagtatanong sa akin,

Ang first question ko halos hindi tungkol sa registration.

Ang tanong ko muna ay:
"Ano bang business ang gusto mong buuin?"

Pero minsan, hindi pa.

May iba namang sobrang tagal maghintay hanggang mawala na ang opportunity.

Hindi porke kaya mong mag-register, ibig sabihin iyon na ang tamang move.
