New set of medium clothes na tayo.

Marami ang nagsasabi hindi raw ako malaki, Hindi rin ako malakas. Alam nyo kung bakit? yun ay dahil kinukumpara nila ako sa ibang tao. Walang katapusan na “COMPARISON”. Pero hindi ganun ang “mindset” ko. Hindi kasi nila naiintindihan yung “COMPARISON IS THE THIEF OF JOY” Wag nila ako ikumpara sa ibang tao, ikumpara nila ako sakin din mismo same height, same genetics, same DNA same sa lahat! pero sa sarili kong achievement mas maganda ang katawan ko mas malakas kesa dun sa dating “AKO” maraming tao ang ganun ido-down ka. Pero i-susugest ko lang sayo sanayin mo ang sarili mo wag maapektuhan. Ituloy mo lang kung ano yung sinumulan mo. Hayaan mo sila mag tatahol! Kasi kahit anong mangyari makakita ka man ng resulta o hindi tatahol at tatahol yang mga yan! ikaw at ikaw parin ang kokontrol sa buhay mo!

Dear self,

Medyo na late ako sa goal natin sabi ko 6months medium na dapat mga damit at shorts pero inabot ako ng 9-10moths bago makapag suot. Pero sana proud ka sa result na nakuha natin.
