Searching for a Total Rewards and People Analytics Manager

The Total Rewards and People Analytics Manager will take overall responsibility to plan, design and drive the implementation of total rewards strategy and programs for the Company which include, among others, compensation and benefits program, wellness program, and recognition program. This role will make sure compliance, competitiveness and sustainability are among the guiding philosophy when designing total rewards programs. The position will also handle HR analytics by transforming HR data into business insights that will enable better and data-driven business decisions. The position will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

HR Business Partner - a seasoned HR leader that will serve as a strategic business partner to the Chief Officers and its key leaders. Reports directly to the CHRO

Manager for Total Rewards and People Analytics- will take overall responsibility to plan, design and drive the implementation of total rewards strategy and programs for the Company. Reports directly to the CHRO.

Talent Acquisition Manager – will lead the talent acquisition teams both in the home office and branches nationwide. Reports to the CHRO.

Project Manager for Organizational Transformation - drives and leads the transformation initiatives /projects of the company by working closely with the CEO and CHRO. During the transformation journey, the position will report directly to the Chief HR Officer.

Organizational Development Officer - analyzes L&D and OD needs and responsible for the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of L&D and OD programs in their assigned regions. Reports directly to the VP for OD.

Republic Act No. 7698 and Republic Act No. 8952, August 6 is declared a SPECIAL NON-WORKING DAY in the 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐂𝐄𝐁𝐔, including the highly urbanized cities of Cebu and Mandaue and its component cities of Lapu-Lapu, Danao, and Toledo, in celebration of the Cebu Province Charter Day.

If the Employee did not work, the "no work, no pay" principle shall apply, unless there is a favorable company policy, practice, or Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) granting payment on a Special Day.

For work done, the Employee shall be paid an additional 30% of his/her basic wage on the first eight hours of work.
