🔧 What you’ll do:
• Provide Tier I support (phone/email/tickets)
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues (Windows, O365, networking)
• Document, track, and escalate tickets as needed
• Deliver fast, professional, customer-focused service
✅ What you need:
• 2+ years Helpdesk/IT support experience
• Strong Windows & basic MacOS knowledge
• Familiarity with O365, Active Directory, networking basics
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
