Location: Hybrid, can initially work at our Samal Island HQ or Tagum Satellite and transition to remote work once able to work independently.

Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic eCommerce Virtual Assistant (VA) Intern to support our team with various tasks related to managing and growing our online stores. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the eCommerce industry and develop your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
Assist with product listings, including writing product descriptions, uploading images, and setting pricing.
Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities.
Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure product availability.
Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally.
Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist with order processing and tracking.
Marketing Support:
Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media posts.
Help develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential marketing opportunities.
Administrative Tasks:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in eCommerce, retail, or customer service.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
