The idea of Concept Junction was formed in 2012 by a circle of friends based in Tagum City, Davao del Norte, Philippines, who envisioned to be the pioneers in offering excellent business services in the locality, which would also help other small business enterprises (SMEs) in the said locality, introducing them to digital marketing and other paradigms to achieve their goals. In the

nexus to this aspiration, the group widened the horizon, not only being business partners in the locality but also offered various business services online which paved the way for meeting clients all over the world, mostly in the USA. Today, we are an agency of digital nomads and we aim to render excellent business services to our clients all over the world. Our team is composed of talents – the Solutions Specialists, who closely work together with respective departments which embodies the services we offer such as but not limited to digital marketing. Location: Hybrid, can initially work at our Samal Island HQ or Tagum Satellite and transition to remote work once able to work independently.

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic eCommerce Virtual Assistant (VA) Intern to support our team with various tasks related to managing and growing our online stores. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the eCommerce industry and develop your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:
Assist with product listings, including writing product descriptions, uploading images, and setting pricing.
Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities.
Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure product availability.

Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally.
Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist with order processing and tracking.

Marketing Support:
Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media posts.
Help develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential marketing opportunities.

Administrative Tasks:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in eCommerce, retail, or customer service.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
