🛠 Job Responsibilities
Welder
Welding works for ship structures and steel components
ARC / CO₂ / FCAW welding
Hull reinforcement and vessel repair works
Fitter / Cutter
Oxygen and gas cutting works
Steel plate cutting and fitting
Dismantling and demolition of ship structures (deck, hull, frames, etc.)
Support works for ship repair and dismantling projects
Compliance with site safety rules during cutting operations
Foreman / Supervisor
Overall supervision of ship repair and structural dismantling works
Workforce management and job allocation
Quality, safety, and work progress control
Coordination with Korean and Philippine management teams
Daily reporting and schedule management

✅ Qualifications
Welder / Fitter (Cutter)
Experience in ship repair, shipbuilding, or ship dismantling / demolition works preferred

Foreman
Proven experience in ship repair or ship dismantling project supervision
Strong leadership and manpower management skills
