The following industries and establishments within the jurisdiction are particularly encouraged to participate in the Permitting on Wheels (POW) Program:

2. Piggery and Poultry Farms
3. Manufacturing Industries
4. Food Processing Establishments
5. Gasoline Stations
6. Hospitals and Laboratories
7. Malls and Commercial Buildings
8. Construction and Batching Plants
9. Carwash, Automotive Repair, and Vulcanizing Shops

𝗗𝗘𝗔𝗥 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗞𝗘𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦:

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources – Environmental Management Bureau(𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗥-𝗘𝗠𝗕) is pleased to invite all concerned establishments and stakeholders to participate in the 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 (𝗣𝗢𝗪) 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺.

This initiative brings DENR-EMB environmental permitting services closer to stakeholders by providing on-site assistance, guidance, and technical support in the processing and submission of applications for various environmental permits and certifications, including 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 (𝗘𝗖𝗖), 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 (𝗖𝗡𝗖), and 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.

Good News, San Francisco Businesses!

The Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) Region VII recently conducted an advance visit to BPLO San Francisco in preparation for its upcoming Regulatory Compliance Caravan this August (exact date to be announced).

This initiative will allow local establishments to process selected environmental regulatory requirements right here in Camotes, eliminating the need to travel to Cebu City.

Honored to have participated in the Committee Hearing of the Sangguniang Bayan of San Francisco, Cebu, on the proposed Mandatory Independent Standby Power and Water Service Continuity Ordinance of San Francisco, Cebu.

— The BPLO conducted a coordination meeting with local Internet Service Providers, joined by heads of endorsing offices, to align regulatory processes and strengthen stakeholder collaboration. The Municipal Administrator led the session, presenting key provisions of the Memorandum Circular of the National Telecommunications Commission and emphasizing compliance and streamlined permitting.

The Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) has commenced the dissemination of invitation letters to Internet Service Providers within the Municipality of San Francisco, Cebu, aimed at strengthening coordination, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with existing regulatory requirements.
