⚠️ Heads up, Ka-TK!

Kung napapansin ninyong hindi gumagana nang maayos ang Facebook Messenger, hindi lang po kayo ang nakakaranas nito. May kasalukuyang issue ang Messenger/Facebook servers na nakakaapekto sa maraming users.

Wala pong problema sa aming internet service. Ang kasalukuyang isyu ay nasa servers ng Facebook Messenger, kaya maaaring magkaroon ng aberya sa pagpapadala o pagtanggap ng mga mensahe.

Kung hindi kami makasagot agad sa Messenger, humihingi po kami ng kaunting pasensya habang inaayos ng Meta ang kanilang serbisyo.

Facility Migration

Magandang araw, mga Ka-TK WIFI!

Nais po naming ipabatid na magsasagawa kami ng Facility Migration bilang bahagi ng patuloy naming pagpapabuti ng aming network infrastructure. Layunin nito na mapahusay ang katatagan, bilis, at kabuuang kalidad ng aming internet service upang makapagbigay ng mas maaasahan at mas magandang koneksyon sa lahat ng aming subscribers.

Sa panahon ng migration, maaaring makaranas ng pansamantalang pagkawala ng internet connection, putol-putol na koneksyon, o mabagal na internet speed habang isinasagawa ang kinakailangang paglipat ng aming network facilities.

Rest assured na ginagawa ng aming technical team ang lahat ng makakaya upang matapos ang migration sa pinakamaikling panahon at maibalik agad ang normal na serbisyo.

Patuloy po kaming magbibigay ng updates hanggang sa ganap na makumpleto ang migration at maging stable ang aming internet service.

Maraming salamat po sa inyong pang-unawa, pasensya, at patuloy na pagtitiwala sa TK WIFI.
