โข Preparing and processing purchase orders in a timely manner.
โข Preparing and processing purchase requisition.
โข Sourcing and purchasing goods, materials, and services as per the organizationโs requirements.
โข Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best price deals, terms, and delivery schedules.
โข Maintaining a strong relationship with existing suppliers and identifying/sourcing potential new suppliers.
โข Performing inventory inspections and replenishing supplies and stocks as necessary.
โข Tracking orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delivery or quality issues.
โข Maintaining accurate inventory records, orders, and receiving stock.
โข Maintaining proper records of purchase orders and purchase requisitions.
โข Ensuring all orders meet company standards and specifications.
โข Coordinating and following orders from suppliers.
โข Ensuring that spending is within the allocated budget. (Payment to be requested and forwarded to the accounting department.)
โข Making recommendations for cost savings opportunities.
โข Coordinating with other departments (e.g., accounting, operations, and other departments) to understand their purchasing needs.
โข Monitoring/assisting clerks in other concerns.

โข Graduate of any business course, logistics, supply chain management, or any related field.
โข Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or related roles is a plus.
โข Previous experience as a purchasing staff in an IT Company.
โข Strong negotiation skills.
โข Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
โข Attention to detail and accuracy.
โข Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
โข Proficiency in computer software, including spreadsheets, etc.
โข Knowledge of inventory management principles.
โข Understanding of supply chain procedures.

โข Perform as Technical Services Engineer to assigned IT products and services
โข Identify client needs and handle technical inquiries and concerns during the presentation, discussion, and proof of concepts (POC)
โข Create Solution Designs for the product(s) assigned.
โข Involvement in implementation, testing, fine-tuning up to user acceptance.
โข Support clients and the Sales department about the product(s) to be assigned.

โข Graduate of Computer or IT-related courses
โข Background in Cybersecurity and/or Network is a plus
