We’re kicking off the Year of the Fire Horse with twice the reason to celebrate! Today, we officially gathered for a simple yet meaningful ceremony to bless our brand-new satellite office and usher in the Lunar New Year.

Our heartfelt thanks to Pastor Joash Paunil of Victory Greenhills for taking the time to be with us and for sharing a wonderful blessing over our new space. Your prayers and encouragement made this moment even more special as we begin this new chapter with faith, gratitude, and hope.

After the successful Core Casting Leader's Summit in 2023, we had our Strength-Based Development Workshop For Leaders last January 10, 2024 to jumpstart their journey to self-discovery by understanding their leadership talents.

As each leader is unique, knowing their strengths and weaknesses will pave the way to discover, strengthen and support each other in their respective teams. This will align each one and empower them to succeed and be the best version of themselves.

The leaders of our organization will now have the confidence and powered up to be better and EXCEPTIONAL.

These were the words of the top leaders of Tigergraphics as we concluded our first session for organizational identity.

To many, mission and vision statements remain in the walls of the office or a mere compliance requirement for accreditations...

But to SOLA, we take this seriously as we help business owners build better organizations.

Derrick, the general manager mentioned that we've helped them bridge the gap as they prepare to scale higher.

This is such a confirmation of SOLA's own mission as we help MSME's develop their leaders. This is what we wanted to do as we help them align their whole organization and cultivate engagement among all employees.
