Minimum required space is 250 sqm. If rented or leased, should be 10 years.

*Full construction of facility with display area (60 days)
*Mechanical works (sand bedding, backfilling, concrete deadweight, tank watering)
*Signage
*1 unit Fuel Dispenser (Gas Tech brand) with 6 hoses for 3 products (Diesel, Premium, Unleaded)
*6000 liters initial load of fuel
- Petroleum supplier same as Caltex, Phoenix and Shell
*Site operations and management training
Required Permits:
*Neighbor's consent to operate
*Brgy. Permit
*DTI
*Zoning Permit
*Tax Declaration
*Bldg. Pemit
*Certificate of Non Compliance
*Environmental Certificate of Compliace (if load exceeds 20K liters)
