Walong taon na kami sa printing industry, at sa totoo lang, marami na kaming nakitang brands na "sayang."

Maraming founders ang nagsisimula sa paghahanap ng pinakamura. Pero ang ending, yung natipid nila sa presyo, nakain lang din ng stress nung pumalya ang quality o nadelay ang delivery. Doon namin narealize na ang seryosong brand owner, hindi presyo ang hinahanap, sistema ang kailangan nila.

Sa 8 years ng POPrint PH, ito yung tatlong bagay na hinding-hindi namin tinipid para sa mga clients namin:

1️⃣ Expert Guidance: Hindi kami basta "yes" lang sa order mo. Tatanungin muna kita. I-eexplain namin kung anong tela ang babagay sa design mo. Mas gusto namin yung sigurado ka bago natin simulan ang production.

2️⃣ Timeline Integrity: Alam ko yung pakiramdam ng "ghosting" ng supplier. Sa amin, kapag binigay namin ang schedule, 'yun ang susundin natin. Ayaw naming ikaw ang maghahabol sa amin pagdating ng drop date mo.

3️⃣ Output Consistency: Kahit 10 pieces ka lang nag-start o umabot ka na sa 500, iisang quality control lang ang dinadaanan niyan. Bawat t-shirt, binubusisi namin na parang sariling brand namin.

Siguro kaya rin bumabalik ang mga clients namin. Hindi dahil kami ang pinakamura, kundi dahil alam nilang kampante silang hindi sila mabibigo pagdating ng release.

Madalas, hindi lang printer ang may problema, minsan nasa proseso at preparasyon.

Para hindi ka ma-stress sa susunod na bulk order mo, tandaan ang 3 Golden Rules na ‘to:

1️⃣ Choose the Right Method: Hindi porke sikat ang DTF, yun na ang laging tama. Para sa 100+ pieces na pare-pareho ang design, Silkscreen ang hari ng consistency. Kapag small batch at makulay, doon tayo sa DTF.

2️⃣ DPI is Key: Huwag umasa sa screenshot lang. Ang standard ay 300 DPI. Kapag malabo ang file, pilit ang output. Check your files bago i-send!

3️⃣ Demand a Sample: Ang "surprise" ay para sa birthday, hindi para sa bulk orders. Huwag mag-go signal hangga’t hindi mo nakikita ang actual sample.

Para siguradong quality at maayos ang output, i-ready na ang apat na 'to:

1. Final Artwork: High-res at tamang format.

2. Size Breakdown: S, M, L, hanggang XXL—dapat saktong bilang.

3. Realistic Deadline: Minimum 7-10 business days matapos ma-approve ang design.

4. Printing Method: Kung nalilito ka, tanungin mo kami!

Eto ang dapat mong malaman:

✅ Sublimation — best para sa all-over print, full color designs, at polyester fabric. Perfect para sa esports jerseys na gustong vibrant ang kulay.

✅ DTF — best kung mixed ang fabric o kailangan ng detailed print sa specific area lang. Flexible, no minimum.

✅Silkscreen — best kung simple ang design at bulk ang order. Mas matibay, mas consistent sa maraming pieces.

Durability, consistency, at tamang method, yun ang nagpapatagal ng output. Hindi lang yung maganda sa photo, maganda rin sa actual na laro.

Ang uniform ng team mo, hindi lang damit yan. ✨

First impression yan ng brand mo sa harap ng customers, clients, at partners mo araw-araw.

Ito ang tatlo dapat mong malaman bago ka mag-order:

1. Tamang method. Silkscreen para sa bulk, consistent output. Embroidery para sa premium, long-lasting feel. DTF para sa full color, detailed designs. Sublimation para sa all-over print, vibrant colors.

2. Tamang fabric. Hindi lahat ng shirt bagay sa lahat ng method. Tinatanong namin ito bago mag-produce.

3. Tamang printer. Yung tatanungin ka muna bago mag-print, hindi basta mag-produce agad.

Pag tama ang tatlo, ang uniform mo ay magiging first impression na ipagmamalaki mo. Hindi ikakahiya.

Dati, para makapag-print ka ng custom shirt, kailangan mo pang mag-minimum ng 50 pieces. Malaking puhunan yun, lalo na kung hindi mo pa alam kung mag-wo-work ang design mo.
Ngayon, hindi na.

DTF printing. Walang minimum. Kahit isang piece lang, kaya namin. Full color, any design, any fabric.

Perfect para sa mga nag-s-start pa lang ng clothing brand. Para sa mga gusto munang mag-sample bago mag-bulk. Para sa mga may event na mixed ang quantity per design.
Wala nang excuses para hindi pa magsimula.
