A day of reflection, recognition, teamwork, and celebration! 🎉

Last April, we held our Quarterly SOCA where we reviewed the previous quarter's Rocks, discussed accomplishments and areas for improvement, aligned on new priorities, and welcomed our newest team members.

We also recognized outstanding contributions:

🏆 Evelyn Garcia – Core Value Winner for Q1 2026

The day continued with our HR activity, the Easter Values Relay Challenge, where four teams competed in a series of fun and engaging games that tested balance, customer focus, communication, and teamwork.

To cap off the event, everyone enjoyed lunch together and shared a special surprise bridal shower celebration for one of our colleagues. 💐
