Reflecting on our progress, recognizing our people, and preparing for the future.

During our July State of the Company Address (SOCA), we reviewed the results of our previous Quarterly Rocks, celebrated accomplishments, discussed areas for improvement, and aligned on new goals for the quarter ahead.

We also recognized our Core Value Awardees and honored employees celebrating 5, 15, and 20 years of service for their dedication and contributions to Turnberry.

The day continued with a meaningful HR reflection activity where employees shared stories of challenges overcome, achievements reached, teamwork, malasakit, and independent thinking—reminding us that our greatest strength is our people.

To cap off the afternoon, everyone gathered for an early dinner, giving us another opportunity to connect, share conversations, and celebrate the journey we've taken together.

Together, we continue to grow, learn, and move forward as one team.
