The Negosyo Center of San Julian successfully conducted the Livelihood Seeding Program – Negosyo Serbisyo sa Barangay Orientation and Profiling on August 5, 2025, at the Municipal Covered Court, Brgy. 04 Poblacion, San Julian, Eastern Samar.

In its commitment to continuously enhance the delivery of its programs and services, the NCBC is actively strengthening and expanding partnerships with various agencies and stakeholders. Business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs are encouraged to visit the Negosyo Center, located on the first floor of the Municipal Building, Brgy. 04, San Julian, to be included in future Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) aimed at advancing business knowledge and growth.

-Maaaccess po ine nga site using mobile phones kaulangan la hin internet connection (wifi, hotspot, data) ngan email address (yahoo or gmail).
-Pwede magbayad using gcash, paymaya, & debit/credit card.

Terms nga iyo kikitaon pag abri hiton link:

1. Search BN: Magagamit niyo para hibaruan hit status hit iyo business name registration, date of registration, ngan iba pa nga mga detalye.

2. Transaction Inquiry: Ginagamit ine para,
a. Han mga transactions nga di pa tema ngan karuyag icontinue
b. Han mga transactions nga di pa tema ngan karuyag icancel
c. Han mga transactions nga bayad na pero waray pa ka download an BN Certificate.

Entrepreneurship is about being creative and willing to take a risk to realize your ideas. Meaning you are not supposed to simply observe the current market and products and copy what is already existing and popular just to be safe rather, GAGAWA KA NG SARILI MONG MARKET AT PRODUCTS based on your unique ideas and competitive advantage (could be your skills, resources, etc.) even if it would mean a huge risk of failure. Failure is central to the story of very successful entrepreneurs such as Elon Musk, Bob Iger, Tim Cook, etc. but not giving up is what made them who they are today.

This Marvinjo's Palawan Chips is a good example of what it means to be an entrepreneur. The owner took advantage of the abundant supply of palawan in San Julian but was low in demand. The fact that it is tasty and popular, developed it, which made it way more tasty. He solved the problem of "PALAWAN" being now left-behind when it used to be a popular staple food in Eastern Samar.
