Satisfaction is a result of prior expectations and actual experience. If disconfirmation is positive there is satisfaction. If actual experience does not meet expectations there is dissatisfaction.

Be practical about expectations in work, life, and love. And yet, what if, you use that as a take off point rather than a target, to do more, to do better.
