UPDATE – FULL SERVICE RESTORED

Meralco has restored the power, and our server is now fully operational using the regular power supply. Internet services will continue normally without interruption.

If you are still experiencing connection issues, please let us know so we can schedule a technical visit.
For those turning on their modem after the flooding, please make sure the modem and power adapter are completely dry and safe. Do not plug in any equipment that has been wet or submerged in floodwater to avoid sparking or electrical accidents.

UPDATE AS OF NOW

Wala pa rin pong kuryente dahil mataas pa ang tubig-baha sa lugar. Para sa kaligtasan, hindi pa ito maibabalik ng MERALCO.

Patuloy pa rin po naming ginagamit ang standby power upang mapanatili ang serbisyo. Kailangan lamang itong ipahinga nang 30 minuto o mas maikli pa upang maiwasan ang overheating. Babalik din po agad ang serbisyo pagkatapos ng pahinga.

Pansamantala rin po naming i-o-off ang standby power ngayong 11:00 PM bilang pag-iingat sa aming equipment.

Pasensya na po sa abala at maraming salamat sa inyong pang-unawa at pasensya. Mag-ingat po tayong lahat sa kasalukuyang pagbaha.

We apologize for the possible internet interruption in Guinayang, Malanday, Patiis, Gravel Pit, Dulong Bayan 1 & 2, Netra 2, Valdulla, Clara Homes, Sunnyside, Florencio, and nearby areas.
Our server in Maly, San Mateo, Rizal is still operating on standby power due to the ongoing flooding. Meralco has not yet provided a definite schedule for power restoration.

To allow our standby power to rest, it may be temporarily turned off at around 2:00 AM, which may result in a loss of internet connection for approximately 30 minutes.

We sincerely ask for your patience and understanding as we work to keep our service running despite the current situation.

IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM SIERRA COMMUNICATIONS SAN MATEO 🌧️

To our valued customers and subscribers,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience some of you may be experiencing with your internet connection.
One of our servers is located in Maly, San Mateo, Rizal, where the area is currently experiencing flooding due to heavy rains and severe weather conditions.

For the safety of everyone in the affected area, Meralco has temporarily turned off the main power supply to allow rescuers and emergency personnel to safely operate in the flooded areas.
At the moment, our standby power supply is the one currently keeping our server running. However, because the main electrical supply is temporarily unavailable, we cannot provide the server with its full power capacity. This may cause slow, unstable, or intermittent internet connections, and at times, the connection may be lost.
We sincerely ask for your patience, understanding, and consideration while we all go through this difficult weather situation. 🙏
For now, our priority is to keep the server running as much as possible while waiting for the regular power supply to be safely restored.

Most importantly, please prioritize your safety and the safety of your families. If you are in a flood-prone area, please stay alert and evacuate when necessary.
