• Must have experience in a sales campaign (inbound or outbound)

• Must have a reliable computer/laptop and a noise-canceling headset
• Stable internet connection

Position: Cold Caller – Solar Campaign
Location: Work From Home
Schedule: Monday - Friday - 1pm to 9pm (PST)

What You’ll Do:
Reach out to potential customers through outbound calls
Introduce and promote solar panel solutions
Set qualified appointments for our closer team
Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm on every call

Strong communication skills in English
Previous cold calling or sales experience (preferred but not required)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM Manila Time (1:00 PM – 8:00 PM PST)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our growing Solar Campaign. If you have a strong background in cold calling, excellent leadership skills, and a drive for results, this role is for you!

💼 Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of cold callers to meet and exceed daily/weekly targets
Monitor performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve results
Ensure quality and compliance on all calls according to company standards
Track and report team performance metrics to management
Foster a positive, goal-oriented work environment
Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving conversion rates

✅ Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor in a BPO or outbound sales environment (solar campaign experience preferred)
Strong cold calling and sales skills
Excellent communication and coaching abilities
Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements
