Professional Shoe Cleaning Services
1. Service Agreement
By using our services, you agree to the following terms. We clean, restore, and maintain shoes with the best care, but results may vary depending on the shoe’s condition and material.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your shoes.
- Remove personal belongings before handing them over.
- Inform us of any special requests before we start cleaning.
3. Liability & Risk
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, color fading, shrinkage, or unexpected reactions to cleaning agents.
- We are not liable for lost or damaged shoe accessories or personal items left inside.
4. Turnaround Time & Collection
- Estimated service time will be given upon drop-off. Delays may occur due to shoe condition or demand.
- Shoes must be collected within 7 days of service completion, or they may be subject to storage fees or disposal.
5. Payment & Refunds
- Full payment is required upon service completion.
- No refunds will be issued, but we may offer a one-time re-cleaning at our discretion.
6. Cancellations & Changes
- Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or changes.
- Late cancellations may be charged a fee.
7. Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of the
Philippines
