Labor Load Manpower Services' 21 years of competence paved its way to the client’s trust and satisfaction in handling all employee-employer
relationship matters. Labor Load Manpower Services formerly Handy Help Unified Manpower Services was a company duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission at July 9,1996. But as fate would have it, its first major client turned out to be a supe
rmarket warehouse, and its initial order for manpower labor was at 70 people. With this opportunity, Handy Helps proprietors underwent seminars to maximize knowledge in giving effective services, and to handle the business in a most professional level. Handy help then opened its first branch in Muntinlupa, for the major client was located in the area. And for years that followed, the competence of the company had paved its way to the client’s trust and satisfaction in handling all employee-employer relationship matters, and with this, the number of people supplied to the client, more than doubled. As reputation started to build, the trust in the company was taken a step further… a Branch in Bulacan for the major client was to be built, and they wanted handy Help to handle its manpower needs. So with the opportunity to grow, handy Help opened another branch at Baliwag Bulacan. With the manpower needs of the clients rapidly growing, it was strategic for Handy help to split its employees as to prevent unions. Thus a new company was born. Handy help then put up a sister company, named Gifted ventures on January 16,1999. At this point, history just repeated itself, and another branch of the client was to be built at Antipolo City. Handy help at this point was no stranger to things that had to be done, therefore yet another sister company was established. It went under the name Service Central, on September 27, 2001, and to date averages about 80 employees under it. Handy help through the years made sure that it shall be known for effective manpower services supplied, and sure enough its number of clients started growing. It was able to cater to numerous small companies that needed from Promo Girls, up to the Office personnel, but was usually one time supply. Finally, another major client gives us opportunity, and of course, we took it Sta.Lucia Corporation gives us responsibility to its many golf courses, and with handy help running the show, yet another company was born. Handy Works Manpower Services, on February 2, 2000. As business opportunities grow, our grapevine of companies was once again joined by the birth of yet another manpower agency. We’ve named our latest company LABOR LANE UNIFIED MANPOWER SERVICES. Legally established on September 5, 2007. As business plateaued for an ample time, we decided to concentrate on the existing companies in order to maximize efficiency of our system. As business decisions have been perfected, we felt it was time to form yet another agency, WORKPOOL JANITORIAL AND GENERAL SERVICES INC. and AUSTERWAY MANPOWER CORORATION and now, LABOR LOAD MANPOWER SERVICES. Incoming clients will now be under the New and improved manpower agency. We do hope that this brief history strengthens your trust in our competence, and so at this point, we now present our list of clients with prospective clients included.
