WORLD CLASS SUSTAINABLE HOME

Francis & Mye Lakehouse

The first- ever EDGE Advanced privately owned single residential building in the Philippines is a groundbreaking achievement that sets a new standard for sustainable living. The project's success is owed to its innovative use of energy and water efficiency measures, including wall insulation, natural ventilation, low flow water fixtures, highly efficient air conditioning system, LED lights, and daylighting. With the installation of a 6kWp onsite Solar PV on the roof, the project generates 8.575 MWh of clean energy, offsetting 60% of carbon emissions annually. In addition, the project has made a significant contribution to reducing its carbon footprint with a 40% reduction in embodied carbon for the materials used. This remarkable feat makes it one of the most sustainable homes in the country, inspiring us all to prioritize eco-conscious solutions and strive for a more sustainable future.
