📊 The 221% Year-1 Return on Government Assets They Don't Tell You About

🚀 The Capital Outlay: Magkano ang Pera Mo?
Ang total contributions ko over 15 years so far ay ₱475,560.

Employer Share (~67.2%): ₱319,576 (Free Equity)

Mandatory Pension Booster (WISP): ₱86,543.83 (Ibibigay bilang Monthly Pension Top-Up)
Voluntary Pension Booster (WISP Plus): ₱17,484.04 (Ibibigay bilang Liquid Lump Sum)
Total Combined Booster Asset: ₱104,027.87

💰 The Year 1 Cash Flow SIMULATION
SSS Funeral Grant: ₱60,000 (One-time lump sum)
Voluntary Booster Cash-Out: ₱17,484.04 (One-time lump sum)
12-Month Regular + WISP Pension: ₱153,600 (Buwanang kita ng asawa)
12-Month Dependent's Pension: ₱14,400 (Para sa anak)
13th Month Pension: ₱14,000
TOTAL YEAR 1 INFLOW: ₱259,484.04

⚠️ DISCLAIMER: The calculations above are based on individual dashboard data as of June 2026. Actual distribution, computation of the AMSC, and processing guidelines are subject to the final evaluation of the SSS under the Social Security Act of 2018.

The Exit Strategy and Risk Management.

🚀 Scenario A: Ang Strong Breakout Exit Plan (All Positions at Net Profit)

1️⃣ Keep the Exit Line Armed: Iwanang nakapila ang iyong "Exit All" Limit Sell sa itaas.

The Golden Rule of Grid Trading:
Stop timing the market. Start structuring your framework.

My total asset portfolio check 06.04.2026 📈

Stocks (+0.02% to 7.84%), at
Crypto/Forex/DeFi (+0.04% to 0.91%).

Pag-IBIG Fund (-0.01% to 6.60%), at
Insurances Cash Value (-0.01% to 3.28%).

📈 PORTFOLIO UPDATE: 5-Month Dividend Check-In (Jan - May 2026) 🚀
What’s up, mga ka-Invest! Let’s look at our latest COL Financial performance so far. While our equity gains got a nice boost from the recent increase in stock prices across our holdings, the real MVP of this portfolio is our dividend machine.

Here is how our passive income is stacking up for the past 5 months:
💰 The Dividend Engine & The XALGMIF Rollover
We are heavily focused on cash flow, and the numbers show exactly why:

Total YTD Cash Dividends: ₱26,553.31 secured in just 5 months.
May Dividends: ₱6,527.67 added to the pot last month alone.

The Strategy: 🔄 Every single peso of these dividends gets automatically rolled over into XALGMIF (ALFM Growth Fund). Instead of pocketing the cash, we use it to buy more mutual fund shares without shelling out new capital. This is pure compounding interest at work.

🔍 Quick Portfolio Health Check
Total Portfolio Value: Grew from ₱800,936.18 to ₱878,878.98 (a net change of +₱77,942.80).

YTD Return: +9.73%, backed by a solid 5-month run: Jan (+4.171%), Feb (+2.82%), Mar (-4.261%), Apr (+5.008%), and May (+1.905%).

💡 WillInvestPH Takeaways
Capital gains from rising stock prices are great, but cash dividends give you tangible rewards you can reinvest. Stop spending your dividends—roll them over, accumulate more shares, and let your money work for you! 💎

📈 Negosyo Tip: Turn your "Expenses" into "Extra Capital"
I just got a ₱1,000+ rebate just by buying my everyday needs and business materials online! 💸
If you have a business and you’re sourcing raw materials from Shopee or Lazada, you’re leaving money on the table if you aren’t using ShopBack. It might look small per transaction, but as you can see from my lifetime earnings of ₱1,024.60, it adds up fast!

Why this is a "Panalo" move for Pinoy Entrepreneurs:

Boosts Profit Margins: Every peso you get back from rebates lowers your cost of goods sold (COGS).

No Extra Puhunan: You’re buying those materials anyway—why not get paid to do it?

Flexible Payouts: You can withdraw your earnings directly to GCash or your Bank Account once you hit the ₱200 confirm limit.

Stackable Savings: You can still use your Shopee/Lazada vouchers and credit card promos on top of the ShopBack rebate.

💡 Pro-Tips for Maximum Rebates:
Empty your cart first: Click through ShopBack before adding items to your cart to ensure the tracking works.

Watch out for "Upsized" Cashback: During 11.11, 12.12, or Payday sales, rebates can go as high as 10-20% for certain brands!

Direct Orders: For Shopee, try to land on the specific store page via ShopBack to get the highest percentage.
It’s not just about saving; it’s about being a smart spender. Small wins lead to big growth! 🚀

📉 Stock Portfolio Check: May 31, 2026 📉
Walang paligoy-ligoy, medyo nasa shambles ang market ngayon. Red kung red ang screen! 🩸 My total portfolio gain/loss is down by -14.75%
(roughly a loss of ₱151,467.75 as seen)

Kaya ang game plan for now? Asa muna sa dividends. 💸 (then reinvest sa XALGMIF, invest putidethe country)

Kung mapapansin niyo sa screenshot, a huge chunk of my holdings are heavily leaned towards REITs (AREIT, CREIT, FILRT, MREIT, RCR, VREIT) and dividend payers like SPC and GLO. Kahit bagsak ang market value, at least may pumapasok pa ring cash flow passive income para pampalubag-loob Habang naghihintay ng recovery.

🧘‍♂️
The Silver Lining?
I'm not sweating it too much. This stock portfolio only accounts for 8% of my overall asset portfolio. Zooming out always helps keep things in perspective. Diversification is key! 💎🙌
How’s your portfolio holding up this end of the month?
