Please be advised that due to the limited water supply, we encourage everyone to drop off your laundry as early as possible in the morning.

Early drop-off gives us a better chance to process and release your laundry within the same day. However, please note that same-day release is not guaranteed and will depend on water availability, the volume of laundry received, and our daily processing capacity.

Laundry received later in the day may be scheduled for release the following day.

📢 CUSTOMER ADVISORY

Effective September 3, 2026, there will be an additional ₱10 per load on our laundry services.

Due to the limited LPG supply in our area, we currently need to source our LPG from other locations, resulting in additional transportation and supply costs.

The ₱10 temporary additional charge per load will help us cover the increased cost of LPG so we can continue serving you and keep our laundry operations running.

We hope for your kind understanding and continued support during this time.

You may drop off your laundry early in the morning so we can do our best to have it ready for release within the same day.

As we are still experiencing a shortage of water supply, we will accommodate laundry based on the order it is received and while our available water supply lasts.

As advised by PELCO, there may be a power shutdown anytime today due to the rising floodwaters as a safety precaution.

Despite this, J&L Laundry Express remains OPEN to receive your laundry until 6pm.

Please be advised that processing and release of laundry may be delayed depending on the power situation. Rest assured, we will resume operations as soon as power supply is available and it is safe to do so.
