May 13 | San Teodoro is now eLGU-Ready, Eyyy!

Day 3 of the “eLGU System Deployment: Admin Training and System Setup” in partnership with the DICT focused on a comprehensive dry run simulating different scenarios between clients and the offices providing services through the eLGU system.

Through the simulation activities, participants were able to experience and identify possible challenges that may arise during the actual implementation of the system. The activity also allowed participants and facilitators to immediately address and resolve possible concerns, ensuring better preparedness and smoother system operations in the future.

The training concluded with the graduation and awarding of certificates to the participants, as well as Certificates of Appreciation to the DICT resource speakers for their valuable expertise and support throughout the 3-day activity.

As the training came to a close, participants brought home knowledge and skills that will contribute to a more efficient and digitally empowered Bagong San Teodoro.

May 12 | Day 2 Highlights

Day 2 of the “eLGU System Deployment: Admin Training and System Setup” in partnership with the DICT continued with a recap of the discussions and activities conducted during Day 1.

The DICT facilitators then conducted interactive activities and demonstrations on how the system works, including discussions on setting up fees and document requirements within the platform. A small sampling or dry run was also conducted to provide participants with hands-on experience in navigating the eLGU system, particularly the eCedula and eLCR services. Simultaneously, discussions regarding the eNEWS were also facilitated for the concerned office and personnel.

Through these activities, participants were able to further strengthen their understanding of the system and its role in delivering more efficient and accessible government services to the community.

May 11 | Day 1 Highlights

Day 1 of the “eLGU System Deployment: Admin Training and System Setup” in partnership with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) successfully commenced at Hollywood Palm Beach Resort.

The first day of the training featured a refresher session on Barangay Clearance Integration, discussions on the online services under eLGU v2 such as eCedula and eLCR, and an overview of the eGovPH platform. Participants actively engaged in the sessions to further enhance their knowledge and strengthen the delivery of digital government services.

The activity was also visited by our Municipal Mayor, Dr. Karen Ponce-Miranda, who expressed her support to the participating LGU employees and extended her appreciation to the DICT resource speakers and facilitators for their guidance and expertise throughout the training.

As the training continues, we look forward to more learning, collaboration, and innovation toward a more efficient and responsive local government.

Ang lahat ng nakalistang tricycle drivers ay kinakailangang magsumite sa Business Permit and Licensing Division, Windows 7 at 8, ng ating Munisipyo ng mga sumusunod na detalye para sa ayuda: Driver’s Name, Age, Address, at Contact Number.

📅 Araw ng Pagpapasa: April 29, 2026
🕗 Oras ng Pagsusumite: 8:00 AM hanggang 12:00 NN lamang

Paalala:
1. Ang mismong tricycle driver ang responsable sa pagsusumite ng kanyang impormasyon.
2. Ang mga nakolektang detalye ay agad na isusumite pagkatapos ng itinakdang deadline.
3. Tanging ang mga makapagsusumite lamang sa loob ng itinakdang deadline na may kumpletong detalye ang maisasama sa listahan ng mga benepisyaryo.
