🎡 HOW WILL IT WORK?
📝 1. REGISTER
📅 August 26–28, 2026
Fill out the Google Form below and provide the required information.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Only the first 500 VALID registrations will be included in the giveaway.
Registration is first come, first served.
If more than 500 people submit the form, only the first 500 valid entries will qualify for the random draw.
1–500 → ✅ Eligible
501 onward → ❌ Not included
If we receive fewer than 500 valid registrations, that's completely fine—all valid participants will remain eligible.
🚨 REGISTRATION LIMIT:
The giveaway is limited to the first 500 valid registrations.
Once I reach the 500-entry limit, I will close the registration form and no further registrations will be accepted.
⚠️ Please note that the form may temporarily receive submissions beyond 500 before it is manually closed. However, only the first 500 valid registrations will be included in the random draw.

From the eligible participants, 5 lucky winners will be randomly selected using a spinning wheel.
Each winner can win ONE portrait only.

🎨 4. PORTRAIT PRODUCTION BEGINS
📅 August 31 – November 27, 2026
Once the winners have been confirmed and their reference photos have been received, I will personally begin creating their portraits.
Because these are traditional hand-drawn artworks, I want to give each portrait the time, effort, and attention it deserves rather than rushing through them.

If you are selected, you must provide a clear and appropriate reference photo for your portrait.

🎁 5. THE FINAL REVEAL
After months of drawing...
The wait will finally be over.
🎄 DECEMBER 1–4, 2026 🎄
The 5 finished portraits will officially be revealed and given to the winners.
This isn't just a random giveaway.
It's a project I've decided to create from beginning to end—a chance for me to challenge myself as a traditional artist, improve my skills, create something meaningful, and share my artwork with our school community.

🏫 All active University of Camarines Norte members from both Main and Satellite Campuses are welcome to participate. ❤️
Please make sure you meet the eligibility requirements before registering.
⚠️ Participants outside UCN will not be entertained.

⚠️ IMPORTANT RULES
• Only the first 500 valid registrations will be included.

• One person may submit only one registration.
• Duplicate, incomplete, or invalid entries may be disqualified.
• Submitting the form does not guarantee that you will win.
• There will be 5 winners.
• Each winner receives one portrait.
• Each portrait may contain 1 or 2 people.
• Winners will be contacted using the information provided in the registration form.
• Winners must provide a clear and appropriate reference photo.
• The artwork will be drawn in my own traditional art style.
• Please be patient during the production period—the portraits are individually hand-drawn.
