For Ma. Sherillen Cataluรฑa, Sir Tony was never defined by his position. He was a leader who chose friendship over authority, making every employee feel seen, valued, and respected.
His kindness was evident in the simplest momentsโa warm conversation, words of encouragement, or the genuine concern he showed for the people around him. He led with humility, treated everyone like family, and created a workplace where relationships mattered as much as results.
Though Sir Tony is no longer with us, his presence continues to live in the culture he nurtured and the people he inspired. The values he shared continue to guide every connection made and every service delivered.
