I INTRODUCTIONS
The FULMARAN MANPOWER AND ALLIED SERVICES is an organized service provider operating under and in compliance to the applicable Labor Laws of the Philippines, registered with Department of Labor and Employment with Company Reg. No. RO XI-DS-74911-1214-018 with office address at Barangay Zone II Lubo, Sta. Cruz, Davao Del Sur.
The proponent had been aware of DOLE 18-A and has been committed to comply in accordance with its prohibitions and governing rules and policies.
FULMARAN MANPOWER AND ALLIED SERVICES is headed and supervised by experienced and knowledge personnel in the field of providing manpower services to the clients, the need for workers competence, discipline, flexible character and trust to its customers. It has also endeavored to assure that deployment of workers should come aligned with the requirements of its clients as to classification, education, ages, s*x and the expertise or experience. As necessary, the proponent organizes training programs to make its work abreast with the latest technology and productivity in the workplace.
The service provider likewise commits that is shall deploy its workers complete with the tools and machineries, competent supervisors and prequalified workers of the clients.
II SERVICE OFFERED
FULMARAN MANPOWER AND ALLIED SERVICES in the following work deployment and Job Contracts:
1. Skilled workers to handle works in industrial company, service establishment and agricultural sites;
2. Semi-skilled workers needed in industry, services and agricultural establishment;
3. Semi-skilled to unskilled workers needed in periodical labor-intensive activities such as janitorial,
Stevedoring, factory workers, landscaping, drivers, photo copier operators and
Messenger;
4. Other services as being sought by its clients and customers.
The proponent management of this service provider has managed at least 500 hundred workers, deployed in one of the multi-national industrial plants providing workers to undertake janitorial services ground, yard, lawn, mower, grass cutter maintenance, stevedoring, production line personnel, operators, maintenance staff, clerical staff and all sort of activities relative to its operations.
III VALUES BEING PERCIEVED BY FULMARAN MANPOWER AND ALLIED SERVICES
The services provider understands the value of productivity in the work place. Productivity as a universal language in any establishment is the key of offsetting cost and increases. The service providers see to it that it can only deploy workers who are by themselves productive and those workers who understand the value of time and work. Effective, trained and flexible workers that can address the need of work under the premises of the effectiveness resulting to overall improved efficiency. It also adheres reasonably to the program and objective of its clients and customers. We have recognizes the strategic operational approaches in managing the clients business is today variable and struggle in the clients business sites hence we are committed to adhere and comply with changes and redirection of programs under reasonable arrangement. Multi-skilling schemes and job integration becomes the common day to day management program is how we will prequalify most of our workers.
It considers cost avoidance to help in maintaining the operational viability of its customers as right uses of materials, in process products and packaging. This also includes special care to equipment and machineries, tools and property of the client.
The Human Management and Support, on site HR Management, the proponent shall monitor and as such in still into its workers proper conduct and behavior in the workplace and as may be requested to include assistance and support clients HR program in its worksite. It direct and manage its workforce with values for the benefit of the client.
IV HIRING AND SELECTION
The commitment of the service provider is to deploy workers within specific requirement and job qualification, hence:
- It will establish qualification standards specific with the requirements of the clients.
- It will in consideration to physical health, physical screening to include various disability background
Check and all other physical fitness screening as HIV/Drugs, etc. as likewise supported under the
DOLE Program upon the request from the client.
- Educational background and qualification screening.
- Experience verification and screening.
- Competency examination and actual skills testing, general aptitudes and other comprehensive
Testing as may be specified.
V EMPLOYMENT AND WORKS SITE ASSIGNMENT
Upon the concurrences and the agreement with the client, the proponent will submit reference documents of its candidate workers into the client as may be necessary for their verification and concurrence. It may also deploy directly its workers to the client site to work should the client need not screen and the activity like production of food or drinks products and others.
It will conduct pre-deployment orientation and worksite policies and requirements as necessary a tailored education and training for the purpose of the specific deployment will be conducted in order to prepare its worker with the requirement and entry requirement and qualification of the job site. All workers to become deployed to the client are prequalified and secured for the job. A qualified supervisor by the service provider is deployed along with its workers, a supervision ratio 1:12 workers is the standard or as practicable.
VI PERFORMANCE EVALUATION AND RE-TRAINING
FULMARAN MANPOWER AND ALLIED SERVICES considers satisfaction of its customers and clients as the real value of the job that it will invest to put value and interest with the selection of the right workers, right qualifications and right work attitude. In this endeavor, training and retraining of its workers is vital. We will only be right to assume that our customer and client are satisfied through feedback and evaluation. The proponent in this respect will conduct its evaluation of proficiency and competence of its workers and upon determination of its training needs analysis, will conduct the needed the retraining of its workers. It is also the vision of the proponent that we will improve the career of our potential workers by imposing their current competence through training and on the job experience which will only become validated upon actual performance evaluation.

The FULMARAN MANPOWER AND ALLIED SERVICES in its desire to maintain consultation and become updated with the latest development in the labor laws and jurisprudence, maintain its linkages and consultation with the officers of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE RXI) on the latest minimum wage law and other statutory benefits mandated by law.
