EMI JOINS STA. CRUZ IN CELEBRATING THE 414TH KAPISTAHAN NI SAN MIGUEL ARKANGHEL

The community of Sta. Cruz celebrated the 414th Kapistahan ni San Miguel Arkanghel on September 29, 2026, under the theme, “Milalamo, Milalabi, Asay Pista, Asay Parokya.”

Eramen Minerals, Inc. (EMI), together with partner mining companies in Sta. Cruz, Zambales under the Community Relations Association for Social and Environmental Development (CRASED), joined the religious celebration as sponsors of the parish Mass and facilitated Laro ng Lahi 2026, bringing together high school students from public and private schools in Sta. Cruz.

The activities promoted camaraderie, teamwork, and community unity, reflecting EMI’s continued support for local traditions and community activities.

HEALTH MISSIONS ACROSS TWO BARANGAYS

Eramen Minerals, Inc. (EMI) continues to support accessible healthcare in its host communities through a series of community health missions.

On September 19, 2026, EMI conducted an Optical and Dental Mission in Brgy. Guinabon, providing free eye check-ups, eyeglasses, and dental services to 120 residents.

The initiative continued on September 26, 2026, in Brgy. Lucapon South, where 130 patients received free medical consultations and essential health services.

EMI extends its sincere appreciation to the partner medical practitioners, local officials, volunteers, and community members whose cooperation and dedication helped make these health initiatives possible.

RICE SUBSIDY FOR LGU STA. CRUZ MUNICIPAL-WIDE RELIEF OPERATIONS

Eramen Minerals, Inc. (EMI) turned over 380 sacks of 10-kg rice to the LGU of Sta. Cruz, Zambales, in support of its municipal-wide relief operations and food assistance for affected families.

EMI Explores Potential Collaboration with Business Sweden

Eramen Minerals, Inc. (EMI) recently met with representatives of Business Sweden – the Swedish Trade and Invest Council to explore potential areas of collaboration in innovative, sustainable, and cost-efficient mining solutions.

The discussion focused on opportunities to address operational challenges through mining technology, equipment electrification, renewable energy integration, fuel and lubricant efficiency, and recycling solutions. Business Sweden also expressed interest in connecting EMI with Swedish mining technology companies, equipment providers, and research institutions.

The parties also discussed potential technology demonstrations and pilot projects that could support EMI’s operations, as well as possible technical collaboration related to EMI’s continuing studies for a future nickel processing facility.

Both sides agreed to continue discussions and identify practical opportunities for collaboration, with the shared objective of advancing efficient, sustainable, and technology-driven mining operations in the Philippines.

On September 28, 2026, Eramen Minerals, Inc. (EMI) participated in the regular Mine Rehabilitation Fund Committee (MRFC) Meeting held at the MGB Region III Conference Room in San Fernando City, Pampanga.

The Multi-Partite Monitoring Team (MMT) presented EMI’s 2nd Quarter Compliance Report, covering updates on the company’s environmental programs and regulatory compliance activities.

EMI continues to work closely with regulatory agencies and monitoring partners in support of responsible and sustainable mining practices.
