Today and tomorrow there will be some downtime on our primary ISP.

Today - very brief. May not even notice.

Tomorrow - 10am onwards our primary ISP will be offline for urgent maintenance by our provider.

You may notice slower than normal browsing or dropped / interrupted calls.

Status 28 Sept 9:15 AM

Our systems are online and operational.

We are still waiting for power to come back in all service areas to be able to assess individual lines.

But all of our main lines are online except
- Danao Norte - waiting for Tielco to replace broken poles and restore power
- Cabalian branch - sched for repair today even no power yet.

All other lines have already been checked and cleared yesterday.

If your power comes back and you have no connetion, please txt your subscriber name and concern to our hotline 0909-709-0734 or stop by our office. We are open today.

As of 7:35PM we are back online.

As power comes back if you have no signal on your ONU (red light) please txt your subscriber name and problem (red light) to our hotline number also printed on your montly billing statement.

Good morning.

The area in front of our office is flooded. We will be forced to shut off main power until the flood water subsides / remedies made to prevent damage.

Our battery may last another hour or two, but it is unknown when Tielco may be able to restore main power to Santa Fe.

The was a service disruption caused by the unending on / off of power supply to the whole of Santa Fe.

I counted 6 in a row last night before power went off. Then a few while sleeping. Then a few more this morning.

Please express your desire for stable power to the

Starting with return of power last night around 7PM, there was a service disruption in the following areas:

Barangay Tabugon (Cahawagan, Guinpoingan)
Baranga Agmanic (Cabalian)

Service will be restored as soon as possible.

Good PM. Our main ISP is having an issue today.

The problem was reported immediately and they undergoing repair / restoration. Our systems, to include TV service are working normally.

Thank you for your patience and sorry for the inconvencience as we wait for restoration of Internet services from our ISP.
