Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and dynamic Customer Service Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both cold calling and administrative tasks, with a focus on contacting and managing a list of experts provided by our company. This is a remote role requiring outreach to leads during UK business hours, explaining the project, and encouraging participation.
Requirements:
• Availability during UK business hours - 8am to 5/6pm UK Time
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Experience in cold calling, with the ability to handle objections and effectively communicate project details.
• With a well-maintained LinkedIn profile for professional credibility.
• Ready for remote work with a laptop or desktop.
• Stable primary internet connection with a backup internet option.
• Noise-canceling headphone
Responsibilities:
• Connect with provided leads through LinkedIn, phone calls, and emails.
• Cold call provided leads and introduce our project.
• Manage emails and chat inquiries.
• Send a form to individuals interested in joining. A list of experts will be provided.
• Collect responses to a set of predefined questions from interested parties.
