Attached are copies of the alleged AFS prepared by the aforementioned individual, along with the business card he provided to his clients.

Our hearts are with our dear colleague, Derzy May Istellar, whose mother is currently fighting for her life in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). She urgently needs a craniotomy for the evacuation of an intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH).

The estimated cost of the life-saving procedure is approximately โ‚ฑ800,000, with an initial partial payment of โ‚ฑ400,000 required to proceed.
