Today’s Field Managers Huddle under the wing of Luzon Territory was not only a time to reconnect and review performances, but also a beautiful reminder that hard work truly pays off.

Yesterday was a meeting day… but we don’t do boring meetings here. 😉

We turned it into our “Manila Moving Quiz”! Think energy, teamwork, and a little friendly competition! Advisors (from rookies to tenured) were grouped together, moving from one station to another, answering questions, sharing ideas, and learning on the go.

And the best part? It wasn’t just fun, it delivered results. Appointments were booked. Deals were closed. 🙂

We were also lucky to have one of our homegrown leaders, UM Julius Piamonte, a multi-awarded advisor and manager, join and inspire the team with his story.

Proof that when you mix the right people, the right energy, and the right environment, great things happen!

So really… who says meetings can’t be fun and productive? 😄

Today, I get to meet and work with another batch of Gen Zs. But they are not the sterotype. These are the ones who show up with purpose, asking better questions and moving with intention. Who are we to belittle the younger generation when it’s them who are not afraid to dream bigger than what’s expected?

It’s refreshing to work with a generation that sees beyond the now.

Excited on what they can be, and who they can be. 🙂
