⚡️⚙ Problem/Issue: FMCG packaging machines - Machine not optimized or running efficiently to run at rated speed. With Loose wraps & Improper Cuts.

Location: Pangasinan, PH

Lead Time: Completed at 12hrs L/T (Comparison: with previous servicing from other contractors with 14 days completion L/T)

Scope of work:
✅️Electro-Mechanic Troubleshooting
✅️Performed HMI PID tuning x Mechanical timing/calibration (Bag length x Cut)
✅️Contrast tech-in calibration of sensor/encoder
✅️Performed machine stability by optimizing settings/centerlines of hardware/software components
✅️ PM03 Deep Inspection of all machine components, drives & transmission
✅️ PM03 Drives & transmission cleaning, lubrication fastener & sprocket chain retightening
✅️PM02 Resolving non-functional & not opmitized components through technical setting & timing. Eliminated skewed film travel and not functional film pre-unwinding roller brakes
✅️Recommendation of machine improvement initiatives
✅️ Performed identification, strategic preventive maintenance recommendation to critical parts & those approaching obsolescence (PLC, VFD, Servo Driver, I/O Modules, Power Supply, Temperature Controller, HMI)

✅️PM02 Resolving non-functional & not opmitized components through technical setting & timing. Eliminated skewed film travel and off-timing of cutting-to-eyemark
✅️PM02 Addressing abnormal loud sound in jaw through re-setting and replacement of knife and anvil
